Without your screen shot of proof I would still be arguing with our Systems guy AND our Microsoft person who stated it was already part of the features of Office Professional Plus I'm glad they helped. It was the only way to tell this ridiculous story.
Can you please verify? Let's assume that I know absolutely nothing about licensing. You should always contact Microsoft for the official word on whether you're licensed or not.
