Not realising this should be done from the dashboard. Now several weeks later all was well until i decided to set up the access anywhere feature. It seems that i can only enable access anywhere on a user in the dashboard, the users that i created directly in AD do not appear in the dashboard! I just need to know if i can "make them appear in the dashboard" or is there another way to enable access anywhere on the users?
The admin user and a standard user were created during the install but i cannot see what i'd need to change to make one of my users able to access the access anywhere feature.
